We made a new song with our manchester based friend Jermaine Peterson! In fact this is the first original since our EP last year. We wrote „Provide“ together last winter, right before Jermaine became a father. He really opened up about his personal experience & the example he wants to set as a parent; to provide and still follow his passion as a musician. Little did we know that Max would get the news of becoming a father a couple of weeks later as well. So I guess this song speaks to all of the parents providing and caring for their families, while following their passion at the same time.

New life is joy, but it is also evident that we‘re born into a world full of injustice, systemic violence, oppression and exploitation. It is up to us, especially white people who benefit from this system, especially if you make black music, to educate yourself, speak out on social injustice and support BIPoC structures.

Therefore all of the profit (streams/sales) from our end will go to WOMEN IN EXILE, a BIPoC feminist, anti-racist organization for refugee women. Of course this is just a small small act, we‘re not about opportunism and this is not about us, but it‘s a marathon and we will continue.
Thanks to all the talented people involved!
